Terms of Service (EULA)

Welcome to Locate360. By downloading, accessing, or using the Locate360 mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).

1. Permitted Use & Mutual Consent

Locate360 is intended solely for personal family safety, parental awareness, and mutual location sharing between consenting individuals. Using this app to track, stalk, or monitor individuals without their explicit knowledge and continuous consent is strictly prohibited and violates our Terms and applicable laws.

2. Subscriptions & Billing (Apple StoreKit)

Subscription Plans: Locate360 offers auto-renewing subscription plans (Weekly, Yearly, and optional Lifetime access).
Free Trial: If a free trial is offered, subscription begins immediately and will automatically renew at the end of the trial period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before expiration.
Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon purchase confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled via Apple Account Settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
Refunds: All purchase transactions and refund requests are processed directly by Apple Support according to Apple's Media Services Terms.

3. Emergency SOS & GPS Accuracy Disclaimer

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: Locate360 is not a replacement for official 911/emergency rescue services. In life-threatening emergencies, always dial your local emergency services directly.

GPS and network accuracy are subject to satellite coverage, cellular signal strength, device hardware, battery saving modes, and operating system permissions. Locate360 does not warrant that location tracking or SOS alerts will be 100% continuous, error-free, or instantaneous under all environmental conditions.

4. User Conduct & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any user account that engages in harassment, unauthorized tracking, or attempts to disrupt the app's backend infrastructure.
